Marco Island homes for sale in the 314-acre Hideaway Beach community include units in high-rise and mid-rise condos as well as some custom homes priced from $500,000 to $2 million.
Old Marco condos start as low as $75,000. Smokehouse Bay condos offer Marco Island homes for sale starting at $150,000 for property across from the Bay and rising to $375,000 for homes on the bay.
In the estate sections of Bayfront Tip, Caxambas and Grey Oaks, buyers will find Marco Island homes for sale starting around $3 million and going up to $5.5 million. In the newly developed Magnolia area, single-family Marco Island homes for sale start around $2.6 million.
